How did you get interested in your field? While building my own home years ago, I discovered how important the cabinetry was, impacting the functionality, beauty and market value of my entire home.

What is the best thing about being in your field? I am privileged to work with people who are building or improving their home. It is so neat to be able to play a key role in that process. It is also gratifying to help my clients make the most of the space in their home.

What are you looking forward to this year? I am looking forward to an increase in remodeling projects. Many people are taking advantage of good rates and qualified trades people ready to serve.

What is the hottest trend in your industry? Everyone is focused on eco-friendly and green products. Hopefully, this is not a trend but a commitment to change.

Do you have a business mantra? Yes I am an old Girl Scout at heart… practicing the golden rule everyday, to always treat others the way I would like to be treated.

Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Classes Initial Licence and Continuing Education
WI Department of Commerce approved 12.0 Qualifier Credits for APPLYING and RENEWING the Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Credential will be held June 19 & 26, 2009.

Registration Fee
These courses are also approved to be taken individually for Continuing Education credits of 4 hours each.
NAHB Member: $50 each Non-Member: $75 each

Walworth County Food Pantry There is a new food pantry in Walworth County. A need was seen by Jim Drescher and Sal Dimiceli for another food pantry in Walworth County and the LBA’s Builders Help volunteers were there to lend a hand. More on this project go to WC Food Pantry.
