About the Home
The homeowners envisioned a dream lake house that reflected their love of calming blues and effortless hospitality. They prioritized first-floor living with a serene primary suite featuring a gym, office and lake views.
Just off the main living area, they also wanted a screen porch with a full outdoor kitchen to extend entertaining outdoors. Hosting is key – with 16 beds across all levels, including bunk rooms on both upper & lower floors.
Built in a transitional cottage style, this home has a universally accessible layout that includes an elevator for ease of access to any floor. The homeowners also imagined a lower level centered around fun, with space for a golf simulator, gaming and walk-out lake access. Every detail supports a retreat made for joy.
