Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of project management experience, a strong understanding of horticulture, proficiency in the design-build platform, and advanced skills in various software tools, including CAAD, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam. As a Landscape Project Manager at The Reesman Company, you will oversee all aspects of landscape projects, ensuring they are executed seamlessly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your 3-5 years of project management experience to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape projects.

• Apply your horticultural knowledge to guide project design and implementation, ensuring the selection and placement of plant materials align with client preferences and environmental considerations.

• Leverage your understanding of the design-build platform to streamline project workflows and foster collaboration between designers, architects, subcontractors, and clients.

• Utilize CAAD software to create accurate landscape designs and plans, incorporating client feedback and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Suite to develop project proposals, budgets, schedules, and reports.

• Showcase your computer skills to effectively manage project documentation, communications, and correspondence.

• Utilize Bluebeam software for project markup, collaboration, and document management.

• Employ your strong organizational skills to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met and quality standards are upheld.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry.

• Strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of plant materials, landscape design principles, and construction techniques.

• Proficiency in the design-build platform and experience with CAAD software preferred. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must possess excellent computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software tools and technologies.

• Proficiency in Bluebeam software for project markup and document management.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
