Golf Foursome
Payment and registration DUE no later than Thurs, June 10.
Cost includes: 18 holes, cart, hot boxed-lunch, hot dinner & 4 beverage tickets per person
Lunch: Foil wrapped burger or brats with chips
Dinner: 4-piece broaster chicken with roasted potatoes and garden salad.
Beverage tickets: Good at the bar or from the beverage cart on the course.PLEASE list all names in the foursome with purchase or submit prior to June 10.
Evergreen Country Club is Covid-19 prepared. Complete details for safe play is posted on the Evergreen website. Lunch will be served boxed and hot. Meals will be available in the outdoor, covered pavilion with picnic table dining. Boxed lunch can be carried out to the course.
At check-in, golfers will receive prepared envelopes with meal and beverage tickets along with any tickets purchased for the drawings and contests.

Cancellation & Refunds
Once your registration payment is received, the fee is non-refundable. If the entire event is cancelled by the LBA Board of Directors, all fees will be returned.
