Shooting for the Stars PAC Fundraiser
LBA is Shooting for the Stars and raising funds for WBA's Building a Better Wisconsin. Participants will shoot two rounds of clays, 25 clays per round.
Heavy hors d' oeuvres along with Old Fashioned Cocktails, Bourbon, Red Wine as well as water and soft drinks will be served.
$100 per person, Includes shooting, food, beverages and political donation
$50 per person, Includes food, beverages and political donation
NOTE: ALL payments for this event for the BBW PAC MUST be from individual personal funds and CANNOT be reimbursed by a business or other individual. Payments may be made with a personal checking account or personal credit card ONLY. Contributions from a corporation are prohibited and state campaign contributions are not tax deductible.
Building a Better Wisconsin (BBW) is WBA's political action committee or PAC. It consists of WBA members from across the state combining their resources to support pro-housing, pro-business candidates running for political office in Wisconsin.
Payment Terms for PAC Fundraising Events
Contributions from a corporation are prohibited and state campaign contributions are not tax deductible.
All contributions to BBW PAC MUST be from individual personal funds and CANNOT be reimbursed by a business or other individual:
- Personal checking account
- Personal credit card
- Cash can be accepted up to $100.00 (this has changed due to a recent law change)
- Recent law change: Single member LLCs in which the single member is an individual or LLCs taxed as a partnership can now make a contribution to the BBW PAC which will be recorded as a contribution from the individual who is a member of the LLC.
