A complete Master Bath/Bedroom and Kitchen remodel was accomplished on this home. The kitchen layout is similar to before but now features a huge island, a custom hood with barnwood trim and a custom navy color on the lower cabinets, island and bar.  MSI quartz, Kohler faucets, a Kohler farm sink and a tile backsplash complete the look.  The tiled kitchen floor and the remainder of the first-floor flooring was changed out to COREtec Luxury Vinyl Plank.  We updated the remodel by adding taller base to the entire first floor.

Double custom barn doors lead you into a new master suite that includes a newly expanded master closet within the remodeled master bathroom.  All oil rubbed bronze Kohler products are featured in the two-person shower with quartz niche shelves and a custom glass shower enclosure.  We used shiplap paneling for the backdrop of the Yorktown vanity with Kohler Vessel sinks and Kohler soaking tub.

This project was further updated with great lighting selections by our homeowners and of course newly painted walls in the perfect colors to compliment the timbers. This home was great to begin with, we simply took it into 2020 with our homeowner’s vision of what they wanted.
