Welcome to a condo that has had a complete update.  Using Deborah Goddard Interiors for the design, we started by removing the door to the basement, cutting into the wall to expose the basement stairs and then installing a cool custom railing.  The old pantry closet was removed and a dry bar was installed complete with garage door opening upper cabinetry by Design Craft and a mirrored backsplash.   The waterfall quartz countertop and backsplash are a stunning feature especially when paired up with glass upper cabinets and custom laminated lower cabinetry.

On our newly renovated fireplace wall we replaced the gas fireplace with a new electric fireplace, an art niche and surrounded it with granite and a granite hearth.  Art lighting and sconces complete the look.  The sleek new powder room with its quartzite stacked tile and water fall vanity offer a very moody feel.

All the first floor, stairs and loft flooring was changed out to white oak with a grey custom stain accompanied by new taller base.  We also replaced all the existing interior doors and carpeting.   When we added the incredible lighting fixtures, the accent lighting and fantastic cabinet/door hardware and custom railing we pretty much turned this project into a one of a kind.
