This project transformed a new home into a stunning and functional landscape showpiece.

The clients’ clear vision included a 20’ x 50’ pool, hot tub, fire pit, guest parking, children’s and dogs’ play areas, and a dedicated grill station.

Key challenges included integrating the pool’s auto cover vault, managing a two-foot elevation change, and addressing impervious-surface restrictions. 

Carefully selected pavers created continuity across the upper terrace and pool deck, while sawn Lannon stone stairs connected the home to the backyard. A washed-stone infiltration trench effectively manages stormwater runoff. 

The finished landscape reflects successful collaboration, creativity, functionality, and thoughtful design.
