Completed in 2024, this 4,200-square-foot renovation transformed a dated 1970s ranch into a sophisticated, Mid-Century-inspired retreat designed for modern family living.
What began as an interior update evolved into a comprehensive remodel, with only two original rooms remaining. Engerman Contracting reimagined the home’s layout, adding a spacious master suite overlooking the wooded property, converting the attic into additional bedrooms and gathering spaces, and improving flow throughout. Clerestory skylights, white oak flooring, custom millwork, box beams, and a rebuilt fireplace bring warmth and architectural character.
The result is a cohesive, light-filled home that honors its original “good bones” while elevating every aspect of its design and function.
