On the shores of Geneva Lake, Reed Custom Builders transformed Lake Song, a historic Greek Revival residence, from 3,600 to 7,000 square feet while preserving its 19th-century character.
The $2M+ renovation required integrating modern structural, MEP, and foundation systems into the century-old home without compromising its architectural integrity. Custom fabrication replicated original millwork, molding, columns, and detailing, creating a seamless transition between old and new. Expansive screened porches, balconies, lakefront terraces, and refined interiors now complement the restored historic structure.
The result is a timeless family retreat where craftsmanship, history, and modern living come together.
