How did you get started in your field? Millennia Signature Homes was started in 1997 after I owned a successful marketing and advertising company for 15 years. Because I could see the direction of where the marketing and advertising business was heading, I decided to take my knowledge and talents from that industry and apply them to my passion of building custom homes. Designing and building custom homes is so rewarding to me once my clients see their dreams transformed from their ideas into their reality. What are your strongest assets? My clients have said that one of my strongest assets is that I really take the time to get to know them and what their personal wants/needs are. Millennia Signature Homes helps them achieve their dream home by carefully deciphering their ideas and translating them into reality. I’m often told by my customers to “build what I mean not necessarily what I say”. I have a gift to see the finished project in my head. Clients feel that I make recommendations which will make their beautiful new home a reflection of their tastes and fit their everyday functionality. I take great pride in understanding my customers so well. What’s new for 2010? Last year to be able to serve a larger client base, I started Millennia Home Renovators to specialize in home remodeling, additions and home updates. This business has really taken off in 2010. With the current economic climate people are choosing to enhance current residences rather than build a new. We do free estimates and no job is too large or too small for us to handle. Popular home improvements have been kitchen and bath updates, rec rooms and energy upgrades. Contact us to create the new home of your dreams or renovate your current residence to enhance its livability while adding more value.

NAHB 2009 Annual Report Mar 16, 2010 The annual report records how NAHB mobilized a broad grassroots-based effort and convinced Congress to enact a landmark $8,000 tax credit for first-time home buyers early in 2009 as part of broader economic stimulus legislation. Later in the year, NAHB again mobilized an intensive effort that convinced Congress to extend the tax credit for several months and to expand it to include a $6,500 tax credit for repeat home buyers. |
